This is an opportunity for you to focus on yourself, let us pamper you. Please turn cell
phones to vibrate or off upon arrival.
What is our policy on returns / refunds?
We stand behind all products purchased at Twisted Lemon. We will apply the full value of the returned product to another product of choice. Any hard tools sold such as professional flat
irons, curling irons, blow dryers have a one year warranty from the purchase date by
manufacture. No refunds will be given.
Each Service provider has their own unique talent & style @ the Twisted Lemon. If you are
dissatisfied with a service provider's services, please contact us & give us the opportunity
to work through it with you. We will do our best to get you back into the salon within 24 hours.
